I meant to write you a letter to tell you how our stay has been so far, but we

I think that Taiwan is a very interesting place, and I would like to thank you

for brining up the opportunity in your class.  I have learned so much since I

have arrived here that I would have never known if I did not come.  We all just

finished our Chinese class yesterday and after the New Year we will have another

instructor begin teaching us about Chinese culture and history.  We gain 4

credits from Tatung university for our classes and I suspect that if it

transfers back to ISU the equivalent would be close to Chinese 101.  If you have

any students who are interested in studying in Taiwan in the future please send

them my contact information, I would be happy to answer any questions.
